I initially went to another shop for a diagnostic and was told the issue was my fuel pump. I brought that information to Finks and asked about a fuel pump replacement. They informed me that I could bring my own parts, but there would be no warranty — which I appreciated them being upfront about. What really stood out is that instead of just doing the job I asked for, they took the time to explain that I actually needed the entire fuel pump assembly, not just the pump itself. Technically, they could have replaced only the pump and still charged me, but that would not have fixed my issue. Their honesty saved me time, money, and frustration. The customer service from Melissa and Bobbi was absolutely amazing. They were patient, informative, and helped me make the right decision with confidence.
